My first day at the GYM..


"Huhuhuhuuu.. kenkawann.. bos dah balik.. Jom kita tukar baju g GYM!"
"JOMMMMM!!!"

Sampai GYM.. trcongok2 cam rusa masuk pekan...

"Huhuhuhuuu.. kenkawan.. apa kita nak buat nih? Instructor mana? Assalamuaaikum kak, kami 1st time datang sini.. nak wat apa dulu ek?"

"Korang redahhh jeeerrrr" akak tu jawab.. (sebenarnya cam adik.. gasak ler...)

"JOmm kenkawan.. Kita redah!"

Redah pnyer redah baru seploh minit kaki dah sengal2 sakit kayuh beskal...

Adeh....

Cukup doploh minit..

"Dah la tu Wawi.. Jom la kita balik.. aku dah tak larattt"

Ahahahahhahahaaaa...

Baru bakar 70 kalori nak balik dah..

Biggest looser kunun...

Tapi mengenangkan kaki dah ketar Parkinson ku pon balik jua..

hope u dont stop and keep continue pi gym.
1st day mmg sakit..semput..etc..
if pegi sellau (kena warm dulu before buat cardio), karang bakar 300 kalori in 1 hour kacang je..
:).
if nak loosing weight, mmg cardio lah yg kita kena buat (cardio tu merangkumi xtvt atas threadmill tuh..lari/jalan). erobik, etc...any pergerakan tanpa henti yang berulang2..
tapi mmg susah mula2 tuh.
like me...ahahahahha...banyak malas.

aceli ku tak suker exercise yg monotonous gini.. ku suker aerobic.. tapi cuma ni yg available kat opis. nak aerobic kat umah le dgn anak2..
